I upgraded my Steampunk Windowblind theme to include Windows 7 substyles. Since many of the images were corrupt, at least half of this theme is new. I have included the wallpaper in the zip file.

I. Am. Impressed! I love it! Of course, it took me half the day to figure out how to apply it XD but that is only because I am behind on the times for Windows 7. Downloading and installing such and such to get such and such and such to work. :P In the end, the final result... WORTH IT! <3 Thank you for this little beauty!
